Notes on hobby product pre-orders in general

This is a pre-order item and will be delivered after its release. Due to the nature of the character hobby industry, the release dates, prices and specifications of this kind of items are subject to change. Release cancellation may even occur.
Additionally, sometimes a manufacturer's shipment is reduced without prior notice.
As a recognized mass retailer, we usually receive plenty of products to serve all orders.
Unfortunately, however, when the manufacturer's shipment is reduced by unforeseen happenstance, we may have to reduce or cancel orders.
Please keep these conditions in mind when ordering these pre-order items.

About "AmiAmi English Site" This site is English version of the Japanese biggest internet figure shop "AmiAmi". It is both for domestic English speakers and for international customers. Please note that most of our commodities are in principle manufactured for the Japanese domestic market. Some items are strictly for sale and use in Japan only. If your order happens to include one(s) that cannot be sold overseas, the sale will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified. Conditions for Combined Shipping Combined shipping of multiple items is possible as long as your ordered items are either 1) all already-in-stock items or 2) all pre-order items to be released in the same month. If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, or several pre-order items whose release dates are scattered in different months, the order will be divided and quoted/shipped respectively. - Conversely, more items can be added to your existing order, as long as your ordered items meet the conditions above. We will combine orders together as applicable.	Shipping Methods International shipping EMS, SAL Small Packet Unregistered/Registered, SAL Parcel We offer two basic shipping methods at AmiAmi: EMS: The fastest, most reliable method. Features insurance and order tracking. Packages generally arrive within 3 days to one week worldwide. SAL: Slower than EMS, SAL shipments usually take 3-6 weeks to arrive. SAL Small Packet has size and weight restrictions, but is the least expensive shipping method. SAL Small Packet Registered features limited insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Unregistered SAL Small Packet has neither. SAL Parcel is more expensive than SAL Small Packet, but for large shipments to certain areas (particularly South America, Europe and Africa) it can be the best choice. Shipping & Handling Fees (S&H) We will inform you of the actual shipping rates for your items when your order is in stock and ready to ship. Please note that we cannot provide shipping quotes for pre-order items as we do not know their final size or weight. Some apprximate estimates of EMS fees are as follows: Small-Size Poseable Figure - appx. 1,500yen ~ 2,000yen, to North America 1/8 - 1/6 PVC Figure - appx. 2,000yen ~ 3,600yen, to North America (Oceania is generally the same price, Asia is appx. 15% less, and Europe/South America are more expensive) Shipping multiple items in the same package is more economical in most cases. Please see our FAQ for more detailed information. Domestic shipping Shipping by Sagawa Express is only 500 JPY-per-parcel for any size shipment. (there is an additional 200 JPY fee for choosing COD as your method of payment)
